Equipment

  • 12 wooden chopsticks
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Saucepan small

Ingredients

  • 12 quail eggs
  • 12 cherrys tomatoes
  • 12 anchovies
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • First, we start by cooking the quail eggs, since it is the ingredient that requires the most time to prepare. Being so small, in 4 minutes over high heat we will have them ready.
  • Meanwhile, wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • When the eggs are ready, we pass them through cold water and peel them carefully, without breaking them.
  • Finally, we place the ingredients on each toothpick in the following order: a cherry tomato half, an anchovy at one end, the egg, the opposite end of the anchovy, and another tomato half.
  • We serve the bites on a plate and drizzle a little olive oil on top.
