Berry Smoothie
This red berries smoothie recipe is very appetizing on summer days because it is very refreshing. But it is also healthy, as forest fruits are very nutritious and have a huge antioxidant power.

- 300 grams frozen berries use any type of berry or a mix of various types
- 2 greek natural yogurts
- 125 ml orange juice
- 2 tbsp liquid honey or sugar
Put the ingredients altogether in a blender and process for a few seconds until smooth. Reserve a few berries for decoration.
Pour into glasses, top with a few berries and serve.
Any kind of berry will work for this recipe. You could use, even better, a mixture of several types of berries. Try different combinations and find the smoothie that you like the most. For this recipe I selected the following combination in equal proportions:
- Blackberries
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Strawberries
