3 apples (any variety works, but I recommend Granny Smith and Golden varieties)
Cinnamon powder (optional)
1 Preheat the oven to 60ºC.
2 Wash and core the apples. Then cut them into thin slices. There is no need to peel them, but you can if you want to.
3 Put the apple slices on a baking sheet, together but without stacking.
4 Optionally, sprinkle a little cinnamon powder on top.
5 Put the apple slices in the oven at low temperature (60ºC) for 6 – 8 hours (all night long).
